Maintenance plans are automatically scheduled based on the selected frequency (Seasonal, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly). Service dates may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. Customers will be notified of any changes.

A valid payment method must be kept on file within the client's Jobber account for all maintenance plans. Payment will be processed upon completion of each scheduled service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures). We will contact you to arrange the next available service date.

Each plan includes services as outlined at the time of enrollment. Additional services (e.g., rock removal, brush removal, gutter cleaning) may be added at an additional cost unless otherwise specified.

Customers may cancel their plan at any time with notice before the next scheduled service, as long as the service limit is reached.

Discounted plan pricing is contingent upon ongoing participation. If a plan is canceled prior to completion of a minimum of 2-3 services, Precision Panes LLC reserves the right to adjust prior services to standard (non-discounted) pricing and charge the difference.
